Collection: Lampshade Making Workshops

MAKE YOUR OWN BESPOKE LAMPSHADE 

Join us for a fun workshop where you will learn the craft of modern lampshade making and make your own beautiful drum shade to take home at the end of the workshop.  

The workshop will be held in our store, Coco & Raj, 4 High street, Willunga. Free parking at the back of the shop.

We supply all materials and tools needed to create the shade (except fabric).

If you would like to come half an hour earlier than the 10am start you can purchase your fabric from the store before the workshop. 

If you would prefer to bring your own fabric, I would recommend a lightweight cotton, linen or other light fabric so that the shade lets through the light.  No stretch fabric or heavy woven fabric.

Min amount would be 140cm wide x 50cm long

Perfect for beginners as no prior experience or skills are necessary.

Unfortunately, this workshop is not for recovering an existing lampshade frame as we will supply all the components.  

However, you will learn the techniques in this workshop to then make and cover your existing drum shade.

There will be refreshments and morning tea provided to keep you happy and creative.
